A small, see-through glass plug. It makes a good first one, and it's still worth keeping in the drawer after you've sized up. It's 3.5 inches long with 3 inches insertable. The tapered tip goes in easily, then the flared base settles it in place. Glass has a little weight to it, so you notice it's there without it feeling like a lot. It's comfortable for longer wear, solo or with a partner. Lube it up well, and if you want, warm it under the tap first.
