Returns & Warranty

We do not accept returns on international orders. All sales outside the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada are final.

GIDDI accepts returns of unopened products purchased at full price within 14 days of purchase and issues refunds to qualified returns less the cost of return label and restocking fee of $10 USD. Items purchased using a discount code or on sale do not qualify for a return.

If 14 days have passed since your purchase then your order will no longer qualify for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging.

To begin a return process, email us at hello@mygiddi.com and provide your order number. We will reply with a pre-paid shipping label that must be affixed to the outside of your return package. Drop-off your return package at the appropriate mail delivery service identified on the return label provided.

Once your return is received and inspected, GIDDI will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item along with the status of your refund. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed. The cost of the return label and a restocking fee of $10 USD will be deducted from your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to the credit card used at purchase or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

SALES ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Only regular priced items qualify for a return. Items purchased using a discount code or on sale do not qualify for a return.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or financial institution, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your financial institution.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@mygiddi.com.


SHIPPING YOUR RETURN

To start your return, first email us at hello@mygiddi.com with your return request.

Qualified returns will receive a pre-paid return label. Affix the pre-paid return label provided to the outside of your return package. Drop-off your return package at the appropriate mail delivery service identified on the return label provided.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping supplies. Ensure that the return is adequately packaged so that it is not damaged during delivery.

Depending on where you ship your return from, the time it may take for your return to arrive may vary. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. GIDDI is not responsible for the loss or damage of your return.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We are not responsible for the delivery of your return. If your return is lost in transit then contact the carrier and file a claim.

 

REGISTERING FOR WARRANTY

You may register for the GIDDI Warranty by purchasing a GIDDI product and creating a customer account on mygiddi.com either at checkout or at mygiddi.com/account.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS

To activate your warranty simply go to the log-in section of our website to confirm you have created a customer account. Create a customer account if you have not already done so. Please keep your original purchase receipt as evidence that the date of your claim falls within the warranty period.

GIDDI products are of the highest quality and come with a 1-year worldwide manufacturing warranty. GIDDI pleasure objects are intended for adults only. GIDDI warrants its pleasure objects for a period of ONE (1) YEAR, after the date of original purchase, against defects due to faulty workmanship or materials. If you discover a defect and notify GIDDI during the warranty period, GIDDI will, at its discretion, replace the pleasure object free of charge.

The warranty covers working parts that affect the function of the pleasure object. It does NOT cover cosmetic deterioration caused by fair wear and tear or damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect. Any attempt to open or take apart the pleasure object (or its accessories) will void the warranty.

Claims under warranty must be supported by reasonable evidence that (1) the defect qualifies under the GIDDI Warranty and (2) the date of the claim is within the warranty period. To validate your warranty, please keep your original purchase receipt together with these warranty conditions for the duration of the warranty period. We will request photo and or video evidence of the defect in order to qualify the claim.

Pleasure objects under warranty claim do not need to be returned to GIDDI. Dispose of defective product properly by disposing of them at your local recycling center. This undertaking is in addition to a consumer's statutory rights and does not affect those rights in any way. If you experience any problems with your pleasure object, have any questions regarding its operation or believe you are eligible for a warranty claim, please contact hello@mygiddi.com.

1-YEAR WARRANTY

Claiming on the 1-Year Warranty requires proof of purchase from GIDDI and/or an authorized retailer within the warranty period. If you purchased your product on our web shop at mygiddi.com then provide us with your order number when initiating your claim.

5-YEAR QUALITY GUARANTEE

Open to everyone who has purchased a GIDDI pleasure device, if you find your product is faulty outside the warranty period, or you have lost your proof of purchase you can claim on this guarantee. You will then be entitled to a 50% discount on mygiddi.com for the purchase of a new device, limited for one-time use only.
