GIDDI accepts returns within 14 days of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase than your order will no longer qualify for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging.

To begin a return process, email us at and provide your order number. Once your return is received and inspected, GIDDI will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or financial institution, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your financial institution.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

To activate your warranty simply go to the log-in section of our website to confirm you have created a customer account. Create a customer account if you have not already done so. Please keep your original purchase receipt as evidence that the date of your claim falls within the warranty period.

GIDDI products are of the highest quality and come with a 1-year worldwide manufacturing warranty. GIDDI pleasure objects are intended for adults only. GIDDI warrants its pleasure objects for a period of ONE (1) YEAR, after the date of original purchase, against defects due to faulty workmanship or materials. If you discover a defect and notify GIDDI during the warranty period, GIDDI will, at its discretion, replace the pleasure object free of charge.

The warranty covers working parts that affect the function of the pleasure object. It does NOT cover cosmetic deterioration caused by fair wear and tear or damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect. Any attempt to open or take apart the pleasure object (or its accessories) will void the warranty.

Claims under warranty must be supported by reasonable evidence that (1) the defect qualifies under the GIDDI Warranty and (2) the date of the claim is within the warranty period. To validate your warranty, please keep your original purchase receipt together with these warranty conditions for the duration of the warranty period. We will request photo and or video evidence of the defect in order to qualify the claim.

Pleasure objects under warranty claim do not need to be returned to GIIDI. Dispose of defective product properly by disposing of them at your local recycling center. This undertaking is in addition to a consumer's statutory rights and does not affect those rights in any way. Claiming on the 1-Year Warranty requires proof of purchase from GIDDI and/or an authorized retailer within the warranty period. If you purchased your product on our web shop at then provide us with your order number when initiating your claim.

Open to everyone who has purchased a GIDDI pleasure device, if you find your product is faulty outside the warranty period, or you have lost your proof of purchase you can claim on this warranty. You will then be entitled to a 50% discount on for the purchase of a new device, limited for one-time use only that can be applied up to 5 items in a single order.
