Shipping policy

Orders received before 12 PM are processed the same day. Orders received after 12 PM are processed the next business day. At this point in the fulfillment process, we'll ensure your order is packed, labeled, and ready to ship. However, there are known instances where the carrier is unable to pick up on time, which can cause a delay of one business day.

Depending on rare factors such as unusually high order volume, inventory restocking, or warehouse closures, fulfillment may take up to 7 days after the order is received.

Checkout+ Order Protection

GIDDI offers optional Checkout+ order protection at checkout on every order, powered by Onward. Checkout+ provides coverage for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

If Checkout+ was added to your order, file a claim directly through Onward, which handles all claims in-house. You'll provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos or carrier documentation, and Onward will work to resolve it with a replacement or refund where applicable.

If Checkout+ was NOT added, GIDDI does not provide refunds, replacements, or store credit for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. By completing a purchase without Checkout+, the customer accepts full responsibility for any shipping-related incidents on that order.

Checkout+ is an opt-in add-on and must be selected at checkout before an order is submitted. It cannot be added after an order has been placed.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to order from mygiddi.com. We will never knowingly ship an order to any person under 18. By using this site, you are confirming that you are 18 years of age or older.

Canada Orders

Orders shipped to Canada are shipped directly from our Canadian fulfillment center located in Brampton, Ontario. These orders ship from within Canada and are therefore not subject to customs or duties.

Absolutely. Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us, and with our discreet packaging, you can shop in confidence. All orders are shipped in totally plain packaging with no reference to the brand or products inside.
