What a great product! I had tried others and they were ...eh. Kinda worked, but took a lot of additional work. My first time with the Tomo II was a bit of a learning curve ...but in a good way... Figuring out the right combination of "come hither" and vibration that really got me going was part of the fun. Now, all I need is the quiet time to be able to fully relax into it. Im new to prostate massage. This feels amazing. I use it for BPH problems. I feel like it helps with with so much. Blood flow for better erections that last longer. I was hesitant at first. I've tried similar style ones from another company and the finger motion broke rather quickly. This one seems to be much more durable. The motor functions are really basic, it would benefit from some creativity. That being said the motor was decently strong. I was definitely left wanting more at the max setting. Overall a solid addition to my collection.

The transition from base to insertable is an odd shape that doesn't lend itself to a stable orientation. It suffers the usual problem of low torque for the come hither at low speed, but speeds 2 and 3 are nice. I haven't decided if the other patterns make sense.
The vibration has a nice rumble on the lowest setting, and the battery life hasn't left me wanting.
On balance, pretty good toy. Worth it at the sale price.

I recently purchased the Tomo II, after purchasing the Vulcan Plug about six weeks earlier.
My experience with both devices is that after insertion, the Vulcan Plug sits safely in place. The Tomo II, after insertion, does not stay firmly in place. In my opinion, this is due to the odd design at the bottom of the Tomo II, both on the internal arm, which provides the come hither motion, and on the tight bend on the external head, designed to stimulate the perineum. I simply have difficulty inserting the device far enough in order to stay securely in place.
This is my experience, and may be due to the way my body is shaped, rather than the way the device is designed, but I am of average hight, weight, and built.
As to the actual stimulation, I prefer the stronger vibration of the Vulcan Plug to the somewhat weaker vibrations of the Tomo II. The come hither motion of the Tomo II is definitely pleasant, but the problem with the fit distracts from being able to totally enjoy the experience.
While I can wear the Vulcan Plug during solo play, as well as during vigorous play with my wife, the Tomo II, for me, is better suited for solo play. If I did want to use the Tomo II during partner play, I would have to remain passive, and just focus on receiving pleasure from the device, as well as from my wife.
I am giving the Tomo II, 4 out of 5 stars. This is due to my difficulty with keeping the device securely in place. While the vibrations, for my liking, could be a little stronger, the come hither stimulation is definitely pleasant.
My personal wish is for Giddi to create a Vulcan Plug, that features the come hither motion of the Tomo II, for a truly unique experience.

As the saying goes: "different stokes for different folks." I think some folks would rate the TOMO 2 as a 5 and others like me as a 2. If there are plans for a TOMO 3, I would suggest flattening the perinium massage portion of the Tomo2 and lengthening it to touch the scrotum.
