Two toys in one 12-inch piece of glass. One end is a curved shaft with a bulbous head, angled so it presses up toward the prostate. The other end is the handle, and it doubles as a row of graduated beads, so you can flip it around and work up in size one bead at a time. It's girthy at a 4.25-inch circumference, but the glass keeps all that girth slick with very little lube. Warm it in a bowl of water first, or chill it for a sharper start. Borosilicate is non-porous, so it washes completely clean and works with whatever lube you like.
