That thing stopping you isn't logic–it's stigma. Prostate pleasure is for everyone, and it's time to stop letting borrowed shame make your decisions.
Some people write about men's wellness. Fern is genuinely invested in it.
As GIDDI's content strategist and writer, and a studying sex therapist, Fern came to this work with a conviction most content doesn't have: that men's health has been chronically underserved, and that the silence around prostate wellness in particular has real costs. Not just cultural ones. Real ones. She writes to shrink that gap, and she takes it personally.
The perspective is hard-earned. Half Lebanese and heavily tattooed, Fern is a single mother of two who writes best well past midnight, fuelled by white monster and whatever the current heavy metal rotation is. She came to sex therapy through writing, or writing through sex therapy, at this point the two are too intertwined to separate. Either way, the work lands somewhere between rigorous and human, which is exactly where it needs to be.
