Orders received before 12pm are processed the same day. Orders received after 12pm are processed the next business day. At this point in the fulfillment process, we will ensure your order is packed, labeled, and ready to ship. However, there are known instances where the carrier is unable to pick up on time, which can cause a delay of one business day.

Depending on rare factors such as unusually high order volume, inventory restocking, warehouse closures, etc., fulfillment may take up to 7 days after the order is received.

Shipping Protection & Lost/Stolen Packages

GIDDI offers optional Shipping Protection at checkout on every order. Shipping Protection provides coverage for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

If Shipping Protection was purchased: Contact our support team within 15 days of your estimated delivery date. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos or carrier documentation. We will review your claim within 3 business days and work to resolve it with a replacement or refund where applicable.

If Shipping Protection was NOT purchased: GIDDI does not provide refunds, replacements, or store credit for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. By completing a purchase without Shipping Protection, the customer acknowledges that GIDDI bears no liability for shipping-related incidents on that order.

Shipping Protection is an opt-in add-on and must be selected at checkout before an order is submitted. It cannot be added retroactively after an order has been placed.

This policy is final and applies to all orders placed on GIDDI's store, regardless of the circumstances of the loss, theft, or damage.

Canada Orders

Orders shipped to Canada are shipped directly from our Canadian fulfillment center located in Brampton, Ontario. These orders are shipped from within Canada and thus are not subject to customs or duties.
