Shipping Policy
Orders received before 12pm are processed the same day. Orders received after 12pm are processed the next business day. At this point in the fulfillment process, we will ensure your order is packed, labeled, and ready to ship. However, there are known instances where the carrier is unable to pick up on time, which can cause a delay of one business day.
Depending on rare factors such as unusually high order volume, inventory restocking, warehouse closures etc, fulfillment may take up to 7 days after the order is received.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Please ensure your destination has a secure point of delivery. Tracking numbers are provided by email at the time of shipment. Please contact us with any questions you may have at hello@mygiddi.com.
You must be at least 18 years of age to order from mygiddi.com. We will never knowingly ship an order to any persons under 18. By use of this site you are confirming that you are 18 years of age or older.
Canada Orders
Orders shipped to Canada are shipped directly from our Canadian fulfillment center located in Brampton, Ontario. These orders are shipped from within Canada and thus are not subject to customs or duties.
United Kingdom Orders
Orders shipped to the United Kingdom (UK) are shipped directly from our UK fulfillment center located in Heywood. These orders are shipped from within the UK and thus are not subject to customs or duties.
International Orders
All other international shipments do not include duties. Customs forms will be marked as discreetly as possible, using "Battery-Operated Massager" as the description for any vibrators. Please include a phone number with your order to ensure a prompt and accurate delivery.
